Bleakshire lives up to its name—a town abandoned, broken, and forgotten. Once a small human settlement, it was slowly deserted as its prospects dwindled. The final blow came when humans gave up on the town entirely, leaving it to rot.
In their absence, castaways from Europa and Faywharf—those deemed “undesirable” or “dangerous”—drifted in. Now, the town is home primarily to goblins, tieflings, and other outcasts who had nowhere else to go.
With no laws, no leadership, and no resources, Bleakshire had become a chaotic sprawl of scavenging and infighting. Every day was a struggle for survival, and the streets were ruled more by desperation than order.
And yet, from the rubble, a sliver of hope has emerged.
A brave goblin named Jeremy had begun to speak of rebuilding—of uniting the people, restoring pride, and turning Bleakshire into something more than just a shadow of failure. Against all odds, he had gained a large enough following.
That said, Jeremy had been stabbed twelve times since making his first speech.
But his spirit was unshakable.
Bandaged and battered, Jeremy continued to preach his vision of a brighter Bleakshire, refusing to give up until the town lives up to something more than just its name.
Jeremy now rules over the Kingdom of Bleakshire after the great restructuring following the Eastern Conclave.
