Gorag’s Keep

Gorag’s Keep stands atop one of the last truly magical places in all of Druecia—a place where the natural laws begin to falter. Around the ancient fortress, massive stones float weightlessly in the air, drifting slowly in defiance of gravity. Some believe this strange phenomenon is not random, but an ancient enchantment designed to protect whatever lies within the keep’s walls.

The truth is, no one knows what’s inside. No one has ever made it past its defenses.

All who attempt to enter are met by Gorag, a towering Minotaur of mythic strength. Standing guard for as long as anyone can remember, Gorag repels intruders with terrifying ease. Many speculate he could defeat an entire army singlehandedly—and so far, no one has proven otherwise.

Because Gorag does not leave the keep or pose a direct threat, the Druecian Empire has chosen to leave him be, unwilling to lose lives or resources over a fortress that keeps to itself.

But the legends persist.

It is widely believed that the keep holds the Greatsword “Mourning Sun,” a blade of immense power lost to time. Others claim that deep within the keep lies the only gateway to the Great Floating Island, a mysterious landmass suspended high above the sea, its surface hidden behind thick clouds and arcane wards.

Even airships have tried to reach it, only to be repelled by an invisible force—some crashing, others turned away with torn sails and terrified crews. The island remains unreachable, and Gorag’s Keep may be the key.

What secrets lie behind its ancient walls? Why does Gorag guard it so fiercely? And who—if anyone—will be brave enough to uncover the truth?

For now, the keep remains one of Druecia’s greatest mysteries—untouched, unexplored, and very much alive.
