We awake. Three figures stand in front of us. They identify themselves as Odysseus Aerisveil, Nereth Aetheryn, and Wynara.

We are loosely tied up.

They want us to stay in the city and show us around while we wait for the Autumngrove diplomats arrive.

They offer to fix Lionel’s back wounds if he stays a week.
-
Nereth hails from the founding family.
-
Wynara is the caretaker of the Wyverns, she offers to let us ride one.
-
Sylas and Dadaka are escorted and meet Orin Aerisveil
-
Orin mentions his sister may be able to help with Sylas’ curse.
- Sylas determines this guy is absolutely trustworthy. A good man.

We head across a large suspended bridge, in between the floating islands. It’s a breathtaking city.

We enter his sister’s chambers. Her name is Odell.
-
Odell appears to be resting, so we all grab a bite to eat.

Orin leads us to a restaurant where we hear horrific sounds. People in the restaurant are eating these cute purple fluffballs.
-
Sylas can’t stomach it so he orders water instead.
-
After heading back to Odell, Sylas feels a burn on his arm. He remembers his promise to Cattivu’s Will and politely leaves.

He finds an island that appears to be quiet off to the side and makes his way there, alone.

Meanwhile, Dadaka is still in the room with Odell. Something seems off.

She begins to shake, appears to be seizing.

She bursts open, and cloaked figures come out
-
A fight ensues, and Dadaka / Orin begin fighting the Cattivu’s Will members.

Sylas catches wind of the fight, and rushes back to help.

Dadaka and Orin don’t listen Sylas’ pleas to stop fighting. Orin is blinded by rage and Dadaka is dumb.
- They cast Sylas aside, throwing him against the wall.

At the last moment, Sylas begs the last remaining cult member to take him away. They’re teleported away before the group can kill him.

Sylas awakes below, somewhere deep in the Amethyst Vale.
-
Xolri Drine punishes Sylas for ‘galivanting around’. They go to speak to Headmaster Grail.
-
Everything becomes red. We’re now in the Ember Woods.

I’m led up to Headmaster Grail. Out of the corner of my eye, I spot Thalich.
- He’s waiving Sylas down, and Sylas acknowledges him.
-
Grail asks Sylas to come to him. Before this, Sylas stalls to give Thalich time to approach.
-
Thalich appears in time to convince Grail to give us more time. He says we need to learn more from ‘He of a Thousand Faces’
-
I open my eyes, and I’ve been transported back to the group with Thalich. They’re all sleeping.

Thalich says to seek out Gorbon’s tower

Thalich and Sylas part. It might be the last time they see one another, the cult did not take kindly to the previous transgression.

Sylas explains himself to the group, after everyone wakes up. They somewhat distrust him, but they press along to CinderForge.
