-
Sylas, Meowfi, and Rusty agree to head toSuave’s Temple as soon as possible.
-
Mid-journey, the group is boarded by an airship from Honos. The man introduces himself as Cleaver, and claims to know where Suave is. To tell us, he says we have to come aboard his ship.

- Sylas and Meowfi are distrusting, but Tucker Glindley agrees to go along.
- Meowfi gives her pet fuzzy to Tucker, because she can see through its eyes.
-
Meowfi sees that Tucker and Cleaver are talking, he points to a harengon man tied up on the ship
-
Tucker returns safely, and tells us Cleaver found the harengon is Spring Rest, who apparently knows Suave’s location.
-
The group discusses whether or not to steal the harengon for themselves, rather than split part of the rewards with Cleaver’s group.
-
Lionel decides to board the ship, and meet the crew.
- Jughead
- Scraps
- According to Cleaver, the harengon was headed to Dupperville from Spring Rest.
- Lionel negotiates with Scraps, ultimately coming to a good deal for the harengon.
- Jughead
-
Lionel returns with the harengon, having given the other crew 2,500 gold. Unfortunately it’s still asleep and the group is about an hour away from Suave’s Temple.
-
Eventually, the group lands just outside of Suave’s Temple. No one is around, just stairs leading up to the temple. Sylas knows the least of the situation, so he stays behind on the ship.
-
Tucker, Lionel, and Meowfi head up the stairs to the temple.
-
Sylas takes some flora samples around the ship.
- He notes the leaves are similar to metal, dense and non-malleable. They leave a dusty aquamarine residue behind.
-
There are no signs of life around, it’s eerily quiet.
-
Meanwhile, a figure waits atop the stairs.

- He’s polite, and welcomes the group to the temple as they introduce themselves.
- The minister claims that the world misunderstands Suave, that he only wants to bring peace to the world.
- He wants to bring the gods back.
-
They’re led into the temple. Tapestries line the walls, showing the events of Suave’s life. Underneath the tapestries are plaques written in an unknown language.
- One tapestry depicts the Fall of Proteus, with dragons destroying the city.
- The next tapestry shows the dragons defeated.
-
He claims that inside one of these dragons was a boy, Suave.
-
Suave possesses the “power of the light”, as depicted in another tapestry of a young Suave, floating in the air and glowing.
-
Another tapestry depicts commoners bestowing Suave with food and gifts.
-
The group is skeptical, and push back against the minister’s claims.
-
Lionel recommends that the minister meet Sylas, and they all walk back to the ship.
-
The minister greets Sylas, and claims to know much about him.
-
He claims that if Suave is brought back to his temple before Honos, Suave can turn Sylas back to a human. Sylas is not interested or impressed.
-
He tells us his name is David Launberger.
-
He insists that Suave has to return to the temple before anything else. He gives us an idea of where to look - four large islands west and south of Yeen.
-
The group agrees to fuel up in Faywharf, then head to the island south of Yeen.
-
Meowfi dreams of Vesh-Tarra burning. She’s a child, chasing her mom.
-
Sylas dreams of a shadowy figure. He calls out. The shadows dissipate, to reveal Suave

- Dream Suave claims that he believes in Cattivu’s Will, that the chaos they sow will bring about a new age of gods.
-
Lionel has a boring dream. He goes about his day, and goes ooh and finds a gold coin on the ground. Sweet!
-
The group awakes, and deem the rational thing to do is eat a ration. They’ve landed outside a deserted ancient city.
-
There is a large statue, and at its feet is Suave. Lucky us?
-
He claims we are in the ancient city of Baldonia. He says the statue belonged to a god. The people of Baldonia prayed well to this god, and he returned their fielty in kind. Suave thinks that this relationship is wrong, that the people should be left to thrive on their own, that gods should use their powers to empower the people.
-
Suave looks to the group for advice. He and his abilities are not well understood, and this largely ends up causing strife when he tries to help. He is lost.
- Sylas tells him to give up. The people will never listen to him or understand.
- Meowfi tells him to keep trying to help people, as it’s the right thing to do.
- Tucker tells him to turn himself into Honos.
- Lionel agrees with Tucker.
-
Ultimately, Suave agrees to head back to Honos and turn himself in with the group.
-
Before they leave, Sylas finds picks up a tattered book. It’s written in an unknown language.
-
Meowfi finds tattered clothes.
-
Lionel finds a mysterious orb. It tells him of the history of the island itself, but not the civilization that inhabited it.
-
Traveling to Honos.
- Meowfi pisses in Sylas’ room. She makes a huge mess but Suave “The Pissmaster” comes to the rescue and cleans it all up into a piss orb in 3.2 seconds. Sylas evaporates the piss and that’s that!
-
We arrive at Honos. It’s night. Lionel contacts the radio station in Honos to announce our arrival.
-
As we land, a large army awaits us. They handcuff Suave and take him to the coliseum.
-
We’re taken to a special access area, where King Vultik Kastine awaits us.
-
After some discussion with the King, we see the Honos guards bring Suave to the center of the coliseum.
-
Suave pleads his case to the people of Honos. He tells them the complete truth. He apologized for fleeing Honos, when he should have originally explained what happened. He decries Cattivu’s Will, claiming that he means no harm.
- A massive rumble is felt across the coliseum. The King looks concerned.
- This creature bursts out of the ground.

- It spews lava everywhere, and The King is taken away to safety. Suave falls to his knees, distraught.
- The group runs out of the coliseum.
-
Sylas tries his best to run from the creature, but is caught up in the crowd. He’s hit with a blast of lava.
-
Meanwhile, on the ship, the harengon awakes.
- Darkness and ash surround him. He doesn’t know where he is. He grabs a bucket of water to try and wake himself from this nightmare.
- Rusty meets him, and screams sense into him. The harengon helps raise the sails.
-
Lionel and Meowfi arrive as the ship prepares to leave. They retreat into their rooms. Rusty gives Sylas 2 minutes to arrive before they take off without him.
-
Sylas, with little time left, dashes above the crowd and safety returns to the airship in time.
-
We take off, and it’s complete chaos in the skies. Dozens of military airships and a cacophony of fire and explosions.
-
In the distance, Sylas spots hordes of flying imps, and they spot the ship.
-
The group takes turns attacking them.
- The harengon hits one with a cannon.
- Sylas hits two with a chromatic orb.
- Lionel shoots a cannon but misses pathetically.
- Meowfi hits one with her longbow.
- The harengon misses a spear attack.
- Sylas drops one out of the sky with his chromatic orb.
- The 11 remaining imps engage the group on the airship.
-
The battle on the airship was nearly devastating. Sylas and Rusty were brought to the brink of death several times. With the harengon’s help, and a wild magic surge from Sylas, they nearly kill all the imps aboard.
-
With a moment to breathe, the group looks around them. Carnage.
-
Hundreds more imps fly around, when suddenly a stunning beam shines in the distance. Suave. He flies into the air, his glowing sword ten times the size of what it once was, and chops the worm’s head clean off.

- With the strike, all the imps suddenly fall to the ground. Too close.
-
The harengon, who identifies himself as Willis Bilston, is granted a spot aboard the crew for his fighting skills. He can take Tucker’s room.
-
The group collects themselves.
-
It’s now the following morning.
-
An incoming message is heard over the radio.
- Lionel picks up. It’s Autumngrove. They need us to help with the Honos recovery efforts.
- The man over the radio claims that Tucker is still in Honos, and he had saved 15 lives including the King.
- He was rewarded a medal of honor for his bravery.
- Before hanging up, he tells us to have an excuse ready. Onlookers saw Druecia’s Finest’s airship flee the scene.
- Novastra denounced the group as a result.
-
The group returns to the scene to aid in the recovery efforts.
