• The gang gears up for The Crying Lands on a nearby island.

  • Melvin eats a coconut. Yummers!

  • Melvin, Meowfi, Boechi, and Georgie G all head out into the ocean to meet a siren for an extra protective suit.

    • Melvin plays an epic song and gets the suit for free instead of 2,000g
  • They all head back to the island and catch up.

  • On the way to The Crying Lands, Thraine tries to teach himself to patch up the suits in case we run into trouble.

  • We’re taking Mackulkin with.

  • We board the bubble and launch ourselves thousands of feet into the sky, soaring above The Crying Lands.

    • We land square in the crater.
  • Surrounded by bones. A horde of skeletons form and charge at us.

  • The group spots a pit up ahead, but they have to beat the skeletons there.

  • Meowfi snags Melvin and Orion, and Thraine teleports in. Mackulkin makes the run.

  • Thraine shuts the hatch.

  • As the group makes it to the bottom, they meet a friendly robot named HB-457.

    • He claims it is against protocol to speak about his creator.
      • Unknown age.
    • Doesn’t know how long ago he was created.
    • The name of the area is “The Creator’s World”
    • One person lives here. Hundreds of mechadroids.
    • Hasn’t had visitors in a hundred years.
    • Sections VK, CR, and GL are restricted.
  • HB-457 takes us to the dining room.

    • We meet HB-C1-13F, the Chef robot.
    • He serves us a turkey made of rats.
      • Meowfi and Orion eat it, sick fucks.
  • Melvin tries to create the sound of a turkey gobble in the restricted area to lead the chef away, but fails.

  • HB-C1-13F pulls one of Orion’s cards.

    • Justice
    • He says he will join us for the rest of our tour.
  • We head into the restricted area, and the Chef bot follows us.

  • The group decides whether or not to head to area VK, CR, or GL.

    • Orion divines that CR would be the best.
  • We head into CR. 7 Guard bots are in there and tell us we need “credentials”.

    • None of us do.
  • The group heads into GL instead, and the doors shut behind them.

    • The room is decayed, toxic looking.
    • A skeletal hand reaches through the ground. It looks like it’s hostile, and infused with a glowing green substance.
    • Meowfi shoots the skeleton.
    • Two more hands appear.
    • Thraine attacks one.
    • Melvin inspects one of the doors. It’s solid steel, can’t be broken through. Nothing appears to be able to open it.
    • Melvin conjures a cloud of daggers, killing the skeletons but sending toxic goo across the room. All are able to dodge.
    • We decide we have to melt the door. Melvin disables his cloud of daggers, leading the skeletons into the room towards the southern door.
    • Thraine unleashes his Big Bag of Balls so the skeletons might trip into the door. Meowfi explodes one of the skeletons, melting the door.
    • They all make it through.
  • The group pushes on. They make it to a room with a big eyeball chained in the center.

    • Orion kills it, but before dying, the eyeball imparts a bit of wisdom.
    • The Creator apparently wants us to find something in the dungeon before he lets us through.
  • Afterward, we make it into another death trap.

    • The ceiling beings to slowly fall, and will eventually crush the room.
    • We almost get smushed but the chef bot saves us, flinging the doors open.
  • In the next room, VK-829 informs the group that in 15 minutes, the entire VK section will freeze over, killing us all.

    • We check some more rooms, finding a laser room and a chest with some fun stuff in it (Mechanoid Ice Core & Vial of Absolute Zero)
    • Orion presses a button, disabling the freeze. Yippee!
  • Further along, the group comes along a VK-001, the original VK droid.

    • He warns of a dangerous item ahead.
    • The group chooses to ignore it. At the end of the following hallway, Orion sees a chest covered in ice, glowing blue.
  • Inside the chest is a group of spirits

    • The Pure Spirits of Preservation
    • Peering inside, Melvin knows for certain that NO ONE ELSE can look directly at these things.
    • It seems we have succeeded yahoo yahoo yahooooooooO!!!!
  • Making our way back to the guard bots, the group is allowed to proceed.

  • They meet The Creator

    • Linden Kruslav
    • Thinks the Empire is after him.
    • Tried to save his father Victor Kruslav (The Ice King), but kablooey!
    • Mackulkin gets pissed and tries to kill The Creator, but gets his head chopped off.
    • Tells us the great secret of the Queen:
      • The Creator witnessed the King of Autumngrove was from Cattivu’s Will. The Creator was sent away to live in secret under Lunaris Point.
      • After the King dies, his daughter, now Queen, takes his place.
      • She is secretly a Tiefling working for Cattivu’s Will and Headmaster Grail
  • Orion pulls a card

    • Judgement
    • Orion immediately hands over the jar.
  • The Creator opens the jar

    • The spirits flow into Orion.
    • The Creator pushes the Code Red button. The entire facility is going to self destruct.
    • Everyone heads into the safety cage except Melvin, who gets scared and chooses to escape on foot.
    • He gets terrified and BOOKS IT.
  • Orion gets the feeling Melvin is about to die. The group starts pulling a bunch of cards.
