Lorgar goes to a mysterious well.
- Melvin tries to pick a firefly off of Orion, but accidentally knocks himself, Orion, and Lorgar into it.
- They fall DEEP down the well.
- They walk through a door, which portals them to the top of a nearby peak.
- The room, with a balcony, contains a strange orb.
- Melvin is suspicious, but Orion grabs it anyway. It loses its glow. A stair appears behind them.
- Atop the stairs lies a book titled How it Ends
- Reading it, a portal appears below them, as they are immediately transported elsewhere in Yeen.
- They kneel, praying to a large stone statue.

They’re knees are stuck to the ground, but Orion manages to get himself up.
- As they help each other up, the ground begins to shake and the statues’ eyes begin to glow.
- WAS IT YOU WHO TOOK THE BOOK
- The statue begins to interrogate the group.
- Orion, unwilling to give up the book, sprouts wings and flies past the statue.
- Melvin and Orion sprout their own wings and follow.
- They’re now being chased by this thing.

Meanwhile, Thraine explores the jungle after kumbayaing with the mushroom bros.
- He finds a mysterious structure.
- Exploring it, he finds a humanoid figure slumped at the cockpit.
- Reaching out to it, it turns around and screams at him. He wakes up.
- Surrounding him in his bed are the mushroom bros.

Meowfi SUPER SPRINTS and catches up with the other guys.

Melvin, Meowfi, and Orion try to make it to a cave before the dinosaur can chomp em.
- Melvin and Meowfi dive into the cave, turn around, and see Orion holding the jaws of the dino open.
- He freezes its head as it crumbles.
- They’re safe in the cave.
- Time to read How it Ends

- Meowfi turns to stone.
- She’s fine actually.

Thraine is turning into a mushroom.
- He must go South for a cure.

The rest of the group decides to go North.
- They come across a big ol flower, and fly over it.
- A strange bird man approaches them. He introduces himself as Brendan Birdman.
- Lorgar takes him aside to interview him.
- Time for the oral section! Birdman closes his eyes.
- Lorgar goes behind Birdman and slits his throat. Surprise!
- Birdman was actually locusts.

- Locustman’s husband approaches and gets eviscerated by a cloud of daggers.

Thraine almost dies but Orion pulls a nice epic card and saves him!

We get to Lorgar’s boat on the shore, where Paul and Skips live.
- For some reason Lorgar and Orion do NOT want Paul joining.
- Paul asks nicely and pulls a card, which gives him a treasure map.
- They agree to let him come with.
